自助組織

澳門聾人協會是由陳民安神父以及一群熱心聾人、聽障人士和其家屬組成的自助組織，自一九九四年八月三日成立，致力推動澳門聾人及聽障人士的復康工作，以協助他們克服障礙及困難，達至參與社會及貢獻社會的目的。

Macau Deaf Association is a self-help organization founded by Father Axelrod Cyril, a group of deaf people, hard of hearing people and their families on 3rd August, 1994. Striving for the promotion of rehabilitation services for deaf people in Macau, we aim to help them overcome difficulties, participate in and contribute to society.
